We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Third parties
We use the following third-party services to operate Yumlii:

Supabase — stores your account data, maps, and pins securely

RevenueCat — manages subscription payments (we never see your payment card details)

Mapbox — powers the maps within the app

Google Places — used to search for and identify restaurant locations
Each of these services has its own privacy policy and handles data in accordance with applicable law.
4. Location
The Nearby feature uses your device location to show restaurants pinned near you. We do not store your precise location. Location access can be revoked at any time in your iPhone Settings.
5. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Account → Delete Account) or by emailing privacy@yumlii.com.

By creating a Yumlii account, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the application. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the app signifies acceptance of any changes.
2. User Content & Conduct
Yumlii allows you to save locations and follow tastes creators. You are responsible for any content you post or share. You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or to distribute harmful, threatening, or abusive content.
3. Intellectual Property
The Yumlii name, logo, and all related branding are the exclusive property of Yumlii. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent. Maps and user collections are the property of Yumlii but licensed back to you for personal use.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yumlii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app. We do not guarantee the accuracy of restaurant locations or information provided within the app.
